Serve as Foreign Legal Consultant with a focus on reviewing international contracts between foreign providers and our U.S. entity.

- Provide guidance to our entity for transactions with foreign national purchasers.

- Research appropriate contracts needed for foreign transactions.

- Advise Rent 2 Own Trailers LLC concerning business transactions, claim liability, and legal rights and obligations.

- Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, such as patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.

 

Minimum requirement: Juris Doctorate Degree or Foreign Equivalent plus 12 months of experience working in the legal field.
